The ink works just like original. It does not disappoint. I had an issue with the printer not recognizing the cartridges, but Smart Ink customer service was so awesome in fixing the issue. I will not buy from another company other than Smart Ink. Can't beat that level of service and attention.

Non HP Chip Detected - Does Not Work

I have purchased this product in the past and it worked fine. Ordered an extra set of cartridges so that our church office did not run out of ink. None of the cartridges work and I am past the return window. The message my printer gives is that it's a "Non-HP Chip Detected”.
