I've been using the Amazon Basics Jersey Knit Comforter Set in King size, Gray Stripe, for nearly a year and it's been great. The neutral color looks good with everything, making it a constant on my bed. It's just right for any season – not too hot when it's warm out, and not too cold during the cooler months. Stripes are vertical, not horizontal as pictured

Not sure if we got a dud or not, but the twin size comforter came with the stripes in a vertical orientation, not horizontal as pictured. My son didn't care...he loved the colors and feel of the fabric. After 3 months some of the stitching has broken, but the comforter still looks nice on his bed.
