Due to the huge openings on the sides, and attempt to store grapes in one of these failed with them spoiling very fast. They would have kept better in the original bag. Also, for items that need to be stored in water, the large opening limit how much water you can add, and also mean you have to be very careful when you take them out. But, for anything that does not need to be sealed (like, just organization), they work well and seem well built. We use one for storing dry items, and the others are being used for organizing things in the fridge. Basically, things you might have kept loose in a drawer (though the drawer would be more air tight-ish than these with the openings).
