Good deal for the price.

This is a very good quality knife for the money. It comes extremely sharp and ready to use. I have since invested in a Damascus steel Japanese chef knife, but I keep the other on hand when cutting items that require applying more pressure than I care to apply to my higher dollar knife. You really can’t go wrong in purchasing this knife.

There Are Better Quality Knives

This knife is well balanced, and it also has a sturdy blade. However it arrived fairly Sharp but went blunt after two uses of chopping onions. I would suggest finding a better quality knife. Or, in the alternative, make sure you purchase a sharpener with it. The sharpener is going to be my next purchase and I will update my review if it's sharpensed well.
