It cleans really well without using harsh chemicals with my 2 dogs.

Love it. I cleaned the kitchen and dining rooms floors, laminate floors. I have used a steamer in the past and this is better than the last one I had. The pad was black when done, a good sign it was clean. I will be using it to do my carpet next; I will need to buy some more pads until I can get this one washed.

My husband insisted he wanted to purchase this one despite the reviews. He used it twice, and I used it once within a year times, and we were very, very pleased with it. Steam real makes a difference on laminated floor and all the dirt and smudge as soon as you are done. I was starting to think I was wrong. However, we tried to use it one month from the year of purchase, and no steam. What! I would also love to leave it with zero stars, but the app doesn't allow it. They didn't offer warranties then, but I see some do offer it now. I'm starting to believe it wasn't built to last. They don't care about quality, only the money they are making. No integrity whatsoever. Save yourself the headache, don't buy it. It's to much money to be wasting.
