Spin the knob of hope to selct your temperature

It does a good job. Air-fryers are the best thing to happen to bachelors since the microwave. I've had it about a year, and it still does a good job. As others have mentioned the right knob takes on a mind of its own, and requires several spins to select the desired temp & time...this gets REALLY annoying!
