This circular glass floor protector is doing precisely as we'd hoped. It is quite sturdy without being overly thick. It came packaged securely to prevent breakage. We've been very happy with it.

They Keep Sending the Wrong Item

I've ordered a 36" Round 1/4" Tempered Glass Chair Mat twice now. Both times I have received a 36" Square 1/4" Tempered Glass Chair Mat. I returned the incorrect item the first time and ordered the same thing (a 36-inch Round 1/4" Tempered Glass Chair Mat) from a different company. Crazily, I again was incorrectly sent a square-shaped mat, which leads me to believe they came from the same warehouse and that the same worker made the same error. So, I have attempted reordering the same item again, from the first company (NeuType) but have very low confidence that they are competent enough to process the order correctly. I guess we will see, but it seems someone at NeuType is asleep at the wheel.
