Great vacuum!

You would never know it's refurbished/renewed. It's in brand new condition and come with all the accessories. It was easy to put together. The vacuum works perfectly and picks up so much. The canister is easy to empty. It is top heavy and that could be a problem for some. It can't free stand, so it does need to lean against something when not in use. Other than that it's all I could ask for in a stick vacuum and the price was great.

I've had this unit for about 6 months, I've loved it until a couple weeks ago. It has stopped working, I've contacted the seller but never heard back at all. That's a pretty crappy lifespan, even for a refurbished product!I contacted Amazon and they tried to get a hold of the seller but were unable to. It's just been a big mess of waiting. They told me to contact the manufacturer but I noticed the serial numbers and stuff are marked off, I just wouldn't recommend. Seems scammy at this point.
