Previous homeowners had a weird set up and we can't afford to do much with it right now. The ceiling mount valve does not work well so the water trickle was annoying when using the wall mount. I love that all 3 Sparkpod products work so well together and I can turn the water off 97% at each of the showerheads. This wall fixture with hose only comes with limiter fittings and not a screen only option but the water pressure is not too low for me. There are stronger out there, but as a picky shower person I am pleased and thrilled with the price point. I wish this showerhead was full black out like the ceiling showerhead, rather than the grey nozzles. The swivel ball is amazing. I used the swivel to set the shower head a little left of center since my shower is just a stall and the pressure can help water find ways around my shower curtain if not closed perfectly. The height and shape of this showerhead also helped correct the low wall pipe so that it is more tolerable for average height people which was an unexpected plus. Overall set up has really fixed all of our issues and should keep us happy for a long time without more investment.

Definitely a good product for its price. I bought the showers head for my guest bathroom. It was easy to install, pieces were light but fit right in. I will definitely buy again. I have suggested the products to friends

I waited a few months to write this review, and I can gladly say this product works well and has held up. I will say that I bought proper plumber's tape and I had a handyman family member install it for me, but the shower head looks great and has been excellent in function. I will say also be careful when installing; my family member used a rag over the joints when tightening with a wrench and it still scuffed the black finish a little to get it properly tight.

We needed to replace a Kohler hand-held spray head. We were hoping to find something to improve the flow. First we tried a Kohler model and it didn't make much difference. Then we bought the SparkPod, but I had low expectations because of the low price. But it was amazing! It's like a whole new shower. We tried it on one of our other showers, and it also made a large difference there as well, so we ordered a second one. Then, since we were so happy with the results, we did an experiment and bought just a spray head (no hose) for another shower that had a fixed head, and that also was a dramatic difference. Because the flow and spread was so good, we then bought a 10" straight extension (from a different company) and added the basic SparkPod head at the end, pointing straight down, and it acts like a rain shower. All in all, a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure how it is designed internally, but if somehow "accentuates" a meager water flow.

Better than I expected.

Shower head seems great so far. Had a slight issue with the first shower head we ordered but they very quickly and painlessly made it right.

We have a master bath shower with two heads. The shower heads we had were 12+ years old and needed to be replaced. I purchased two of these units. I installed the first one in minutes without a hitch. It gives great coverage with good pressure. We're on a private well at 60psi and have no flow restrictor installed. I tried to install the second one and could not get the included hose to thread onto the water supply line. I determined that the problem was in the threads on one end of the new hose. I contacted Sparkpod by email on a Saturday and got a response within an hour. We agreed that they would send out a new hose. About an hour after that a Sparkpod support person called me to discuss the problem. She decided that it would be quicker to send out a whole new unit via Amazon. It arrived two days later, and I installed it without a problem.
