Great Grill

This grill works great and is really easy to use. I like that i just need to turn it on and it is ready after it heats up. I don't need to choose the temperature it just sets to the right temperature. It has the right wait to feel like a quality appliance but its not too heavy.

Very poor customer service

Do not purchase this item from this manufacturer, period. It came to me broken, and when I tried to return it, they made me pack it and go to UPS. When it was their fault, they should have had UPS pick it up at my doorstep, period. All I got was a form letter or a boilerplate letter from the company saying how sorry they were. But I still have to go out of my way, spend my time and money to return their piece of junk. Please don't buy. You will not be happy.
