BELLA Dual Brew Single Coffee Maker

Bought this unit and it stopped working and would just turn the water into steam and doesn't put anything through the pod. Reached out to the company to warranty it since it happened under a year on the two year warranty. The number of hops they make you jump through, and questions answered is ridiculous and although it was covered, they didn't replace or refund me since the unit got thrown away before we could take a photo of the cord cut (even though we sent videos and photos of it not working and they said they'd issue a refund). Go with another unit, the quality on this one lacks and their customer service is the worst.
