Quiet and efficient
By Abi A on Reviewed in the United States on June 8, 2022
The item comes with an instruction manual. And a good screwdriver to help you work. It also comes with 8screws that you are expected to use to attach the fan at the base The setup was pretty easy and took less than 5mins. The only issue i had at the base was i could only fit 3 holes as opposed to the 4holes in the instructions. Maybe i just could not figure it out, but that was not a deal beeaker for me as the 3 screws i was able to use, held the fan pretty well at the base. Asides that, everything else was smooth sail from there. Plugged it in. Turned it on. Played with the controls on the fan as well. Everything checks out. I like how quiet it is when you set it to speeds below 5 ( that will be sleeping mode for me). I have had fans in the past that would wake me up in the night due to how loud it was. This fan is a 10/10 for quietness. At the highest speed, it does get very cold, perfect for my 110F temperature out here. I just received the item not too long, so if anything changes, i will be sure to update here. At this moment. Its a 9/10 for me I hope i was able to help.

Not the most sturdy tower fan
By Amazon Customer on Reviewed in the United States on August 18, 2023
This tower fan has some issues though it functions well for blowing air. The base is too small or lightweight to keep the fan stable if bumped into...like by a rambunctious dog! LOL Other problem I've had while using the fan over the past month is that the oscillating feature is messed up. It will continue to oscillate after the power is off. It takes several tries or unplugging it to get it to stop oscillating. The remote is handy for powering on and changing speeds but again the oscillating On/Off feature takes several attempts cycling it and holding your mouth just right to get it to stop. Maybe I got a slightly defective fan but not worth my time to return it as it mostly serves its purpose.
