Great Product, Great Service

It's a great fan. Quiet, it cools a room well and it's easy to control via the remote. When I got mine, it had an odd programming bug. For some reason, it wouldn't stop moving even after turning it off. I had to unplug it to get it to stop. I let their customer service know and they responded quickly and politely. They sent me another fan right away and it works perfectly.

Noisy and can’t turn off oscillation, broken

Update*****This fan was great for about the first few weeks and now at 9 months it is a complete piece of crap. Don’t buy it!!! The remote stopped working, oscillating mode won’t stop and now the fan speeds go from 0-12 sporadically like it’s possessed. However, once you turn on oscillation it won’t turn off even if you power the fan off it just keeps spinning. And now in only a couple months time it’s really loud like a small helicopter is in the room. Really annoying especially because I run it at night in the bedroom. I would return but too late now.
