This has become one of my favorite pots. I bought it for myself for Christmas and I still love it. I have had any issues with food sticking. It is very light weight, perfect size for my family of four and the food taste wonderful. I've made soups, stews and have used it on the stove top and in the oven. It speeds up the cook time because it keeps the moisture in. The quality is wonderful.
