It just for wine anymore! Home cheese makers rated this unit well for people making and aging their cheese at home. Cheese is best aged between 50-55 F, too cool for the kitchen counter and too warm for the fridge. The range of this unit is perfect. I put a bowl of water in the bottom to get the right humidity as I was experimenting. I was pleased that my cheese aging boxes fit perfectly in the grooves after I removed the wine racks. Wish me luck on these Brie cheeses!
