Certina, Mens DS ACTION 43mm Diving Watch

I absolutely loved the look and feel of this watch. Upon receiving the watch, I needed to send it back to the service center in Miami as a result of getting it properly sized. The watch was/is brand new and has never been worn. The Certina Service Center in Miami has had the watch for nearly one month and they indicated it will be returned to me in another 30+ days! They did an inspection of the watch and found it is not keeping time properly and they said it is under warranty (so no charge for the adjustments). They will have to open the watch and make some sensitive adjustments and then return it. I am profoundly disappointed because I bought a new watch for $950 and before I even got a change to wear it, the watch is in need of repairs/adjustments? I am left to wonder if I will always have issues with this watch and I am not willing to take the risk. I am returning the watch although I wish I didn't have to.
