Long lasting/ easy to use

I loveeee this crib. I’ve been using it for my baby since she was 3 months old and she is now 1 and a half and is still in it. The crib itself feels sturdy, safe and the size isn’t inconvenient. The padding it pretty minimal so as she’s grown I’ve laid blankets down underneath to make it a little more comfortable but the padding it comes with is ideal for a baby under one, mesh sides as well. The side is easy to adjust according to height and milestones to prevent injury. The fact that it’s lightweight is also nice, easy to move. It was so easy to put together and has grown with her well this past year. Something I have disliked about wooden cribs is hitting her head while she wakes sometimes, due to mesh sides I feel like this is safer. I love it.

Terrible customer service. Below average product.

Okay product. Baby bed platform not comfortable also creases can be felt. Rocking mechanism is hard to convert to and from nonrocking position. Music Attachment works okay but real flimsy and risk falling off. Customer service is horrendous. Mechanism to collapse broke as it states in manual it may be difficult to close. Trying to get a hold of customer service you are replied with general email message and a referral to contact. No one responds. Customer service is from China. Dont think anyone cares to help. Dont buy.
