Overjoyed!
By Jan Jan on Reviewed in the United States on August 22, 2022
I can overthink purchases to the point of exhaustion :-). And a desk chair was no different. For months I kept searching for not only a good chair, but one that had good reviews. They can be so mixed. Finally, I settled on this model and could not be more pleased. I had been using one of those "ergonomic" Weeble chairs, as I like to call them; however, without that back support, after about 5 months, it became difficult to work productively. When I decided upon this chair, I kept my fingers crossed because while it is not in-expensive it is not overly expensive either so I was not sure what the quality would be It arrived boxed well AND with all the parts (nothing damaged) and a few extra screws. Instructions were straightforward and fairly easy to follow. It took me about 30 mins to put the chair together (will probably take those who often put things together much less time) because all the screws did not always screw in easily, so I had to readjust at times. I do not know if it was alignment of the holes or if I just needed to align the pieces better. But I made it work and when completed, I was impressed. The chair feels great! The support my back now has replicates my office chair which is what I was trying to accomplish. Having armrests again has proven beneficial, and the fact that they flip up so that the chair can slide under my desk at its lowest setting is a bonus. The seat is comfortable and does not scratch my skin! It easily adjusts vertically, and did I mention back support (I did ;-)), but because that was such an issue for me, I am mentioning it again :-). I am so overjoyed that I made this decision. The chair has far exceeded my expectations in both looks, but more so functionality, and I highly recommned.

It's the wheels that's killing me!!
By Simplye on Reviewed in the United States on September 18, 2023
I had to wait a week to put it together because it came with 3 bad legs that looked like they were part of a xylophone. Once I received a new set of legs the chair was fairly easy to put together. It's sturdy and comfortable. The one thing I can't get over is the wheels. The rolling mechanism sucks! It looks like I might have to purchase a chair mat. That might make a difference. I was looking to save money not spend more. 😞 If I could, I would return it but only because of the wheels. Everything else is fine.
