Osteo Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow

This pillow was recommended to me by my best friend. I suffer from neck pain due to a car accident . This pillow contours well to my neck and coddles my head comfortably. providing me the much-needed support to help lessen the pain substantially. It feels Sort of like memory foam to the touch. (it also bounces back like memory foam does) The material is breathable and cooling. Great for winter and summer. I really like it~ i’ve had it for a couple of months and it’s holding its shape very well. I find it to be Totally worth the price and I would order another one if need be.

I purchased this pillow a few weeks ago and it's totally changed how I sleep. The first night I slept with this pillow felt I got the deepest sleep I've had in a long time lol. I found this pillow because I pinched a nerve doing Jiu-Jitsu and I was waking up with a lot of pain in my neck. I searched online and bought this pillow because honestly it's way more affordable than something like the cube and it's been great. This is perfect for side sleepers since a traditional pillow does not support the neck as well on your side, it also got rid of all of that pain that I was feeling when I was sleeping with a traditional pillow. I initially purchased the firm one, but then I exchanged it for a soft one hassle free. The firm one is too firm for my taste, but the soft one is excellent for me. I highly recommend this if you're a side sleeper, I wish I'd gotten this sooner!

I gave it four stars only because to wide. It is so comfy and I have one of there other pillows. I love the other pillow and this one but this one like I said is to wide and I don't have no where to put my arms and hands. I'm a little women and I have a queen size bed with my dog in middle of me and my husband so I can't move pillow from side to side where I would be on edge so I can rest my arms. I have double carpal tunnel so I can't just put them anywhere. I even tried underneath my pillow and that don't work. That is the only bad thing I have to say about this so comfortable pillow.

My husband and I kept waking up with kinks in our neck so we decided to try out these pillows. Since then, our neck has never felt better! The pillows are firm and provide great neck support for back and side sleepers. If you’re a stomach sleeper or prefer soft, cloud like pillows then this is not the product for you! If you’re needing more neck support or prefer a firmer pillow, this is definitely worth the money! Warning: it comes all rolled up and takes a day or 2 to actually get its shape.

This pillow was a need to order, my regular pillow wasn’t in stock on Amazon & they had no idea when it would come back in stock. So o ordered this one. It’s heavy & dense but isn’t firm. I’m a side sleep and I choose an ergonomic pillow to help my neck and shoulder pain. This pillow doesn’t allow for consistent level of head to be kept and I wake up with a sore neck & shoulder.

My nights are better… I look forward to putting my head down. I can turn on my back and read a book if I want and it’s still comfortable. I don’t feel like a giant compared to the other ones made I this shape. I rely on this shape pillow to live. This pillow by far beats the $100 ones.form BB&B that wear down in a year. The Ostrogoths Adjustable pillow is so much more affordable amd much better quality than the past ones. I feel like I’m once again comfortable and can lay down on my pillow the way I’ve been wanting to for so long because it was made for me and not like my had is on a flat piece of foam anymore. Buy one before they sell out so you protect your health - your biggest investment.

I've used a Tempurpedic pillow, at more than twice the price, for years. It has gradually degraded in texture/support. Mostly it sleeps HOT. I'm flipping it over all night long, sometimes I just toss it out of bed and do without. This pillow is much cooler. I like that the height is adjustable and that unlike the Tempurpedic it has 2 covers, a lightweight one inside and the quilted one outside. I am extremely chemically sensitive. I couldn't use the Tempurpedic for weeks after purchasing. This pillos did come with a slight odor, but I opened it, washed both covers, let it air out w/o the covers on for 10 days or so... and it works fine. I am buying another.

I ordered the firm pillow through Amazon at a sale price and it turned out to be "sold by Woot". I needed to contact customer service because the pillow I got did not feel firm and I also wanted to inquire about the extra insert they offered. Osteo flatly said since it wasn't sold by them through Amazon they won't support it. So basically any warranty promises go down the drain because the seller on Amazon isn't them. So much for standing by your products. Keep that in mind if you are thinking about purchasing this pillow. The pillow itself isn't what I expected. Firm feels like a soft pillow and sinks with very little pressure. It may not work for everyone. UPDATE: Osteo reached out to me after this review and retracted their original stance.. They have apologized and refunded the cost of the pillow. I think they may be worth another chance.

It's difficult to find a good memory foam pillow nowadays. I've been using my ORIGINAL Memory Foam pillow that was first introduced to the world! It's starting to deteriorate, but amazingly still does what it's suppose to do, support my neck, whether I sleep on my back or sides. I cannot find this exact pillow ANYWHERE. Even contacted the original maker and they changed their design, form and height. My wife have been on the hunt for a comparable pillow. This pillow, purchased as is now, is still too low. But because the seller offers option to add inserts, is exactly why I gave this pillowna try. After the 1st night of use, indeed it was way too low where my shoulder is crushed and my head isn't supported high enough. I contacted the seller through and they responded by the next day. Asked for my shipping info and they sent out the extra insert! They said it would take about 2-3 weeks, but it actually arrived within 1 week. I'm a happy camper now. Might buy another one.

Feeling confident about receiving a quality product after reading the reviews and questions, I ordered the Osteo Adjustable pillow. After trying it, I contacted the seller , Woot, through Amazon to request the insert to lift the pillow as indicated in the description on Amazon, "If you still have a higher need, simply contact us for an extra insert without any cost." . Woot advised me to contact the manufacturer as Woot does not carry the inserts. "Woot only sells the pillow and we do not carry the extra inserts. Please contact the manufacturer directly". There were several emails back and forth from support@shoposteo.com with the manufacturer saying I provided an incorrect Amazon order number (it wasn't) finally resulting in a screenshot of the Amazon order detail confirming the order information. Again, I was merely requesting the pillow insert as advertised. Following is the Osteo Life response: "We cannot handle the after-sales service of the products sold by Woot. Because you have already enjoyed a very favorable price and a great discount when you buy products from Woot. If you have any problems with the goods you purchased from Woot, we recommend that you contact Woot staff directly for help." Nowhere is that stipulation stated on the product description, nor in the answers to review questions. The memory foam emits no odor, with the adjustment of the extra insert, it would indeed be a mighty fine pillow. The manufacturer should not offer what will not be delivered; the seller should state what he does not have.
