Great luggage!

I bought Rockland luggage for my kids when they graduated high school to use for college and they have lasted well. When I needed a set of luggage I looked at a lot of different types and read a a ton of reviews. I went ahead and got stuck with Rockland and in the 3 months we've had it, we've gone to Mexico and a few other domestic trips. They have held up great through different airports. I'm really pleased so far and would definitely recommend.

Quality is questionable

Had the set for about a year now. Used them for some light travel. They rolled well and pretty smooth handling. Aside from some minor zipper issues, they held up okay until a recent long trip to Hawaii. One of the corners by the wheel was dented (by airline worker) so far in that the wheel stopped working. I was able to pop the dent out, it left a visible crack and the wheel is permanently damaged now. I would spend a little more and get a better quality set.

First, I’d like to start off with the color selections are awesome. These suitcases glide with ease and are very light weight and durable! Once folded open you’ll notice a silk zip liner to separate each side. There are pockets and straps for securing. On top of that, I got this set for half price on Cyber Monday! SCORE! Did not last for one trip abroad. The suitcase had dent. It is not worth spending the money on this product. These kind of suitcases are expected to last for many foreign trips.
warranty non-exist

Finally I can put out my review. It lasted less than 2 years, now the telescopic handle will not retract. This luggage carries 5 year warranty and the only way to reach customer service is by email. However email was sent with no response. Their website keeps saying checking junk email folder. Yes, I did every day. They simply did not reply to my warranty request. Fake warranty!

They seem sturdy and well made. Love the color!! I’m interested to see how well the wheels hold up during airline travel. Biggest downside so far is the inner most suitcase came with a pretty big scratch on it. Not sure how that occurred since it was shipped inside the larger suitcases. We’re traveling the next month, I’ll try to update afterwards!
