Sorely needed after my father's death

I've never been one to journal. Rather just have all the thoughts scattered in my brain driving me crazy! But after my dad passed unexpectedly in Feb I needed a way to track things as I'd completely fallen apart. This did the trick. It's not too large so it's not overwhelming to fill the pages. The dots allow for excellent spacing and lines. I've done it every night since I got it and it's made a huge difference for me. I'll be buying another once this one is filled. Very well made and nice to hold.

There are better options

Pros: It's cheap, I like the color of the cover and pages Pages are thin and rip easily, sloppy glueing on the binding that affects the first couple of pages, no page numbers, fewer bookmarks than I'd like, the pen holder is loose and not elastic
