Comfortable Chair with a Minor Installation Hiccup
By Adriana Camacho on Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2023
I recently purchased the Ergonomic Office Desk Chair with Mesh and Fixed Armrest, and while I'm generally satisfied with it, there was a slight hiccup during the installation process that prevented me from giving it a full 5 stars. Firstly, let's talk about the positives. The installation of this chair was relatively easy, and the provided instructions were clear. Once assembled, the chair looked stylish and felt comfortable. The fixed armrests added to the overall ergonomic design, making it a good fit for my home office. However, the issue I encountered was with the screws provided. Unfortunately, they didn't fit properly, and I had to improvise to secure them correctly. This was a minor inconvenience and somewhat unexpected.

It is cheap
By JW on Reviewed in the United States on September 29, 2022
I purchased this to replace a 10+ year office chair that squeaked and creaked. After two weeks of use, this model squeaks and creaks worse than the old one. It was a poor choice to accept the model ‘recommended’ by the proprietor to make an easy sale. Assembly was not particularly difficult but far more complex than I expected. I am an engineer, but it still took some thinking. I would not recommend this if you are not mechanically handy. The chair fabric is a bit uncomfortable. I often work wearing shorts and the fabric is not comfortable on my skin. There is precious little cushion in the seat. There are no real adjustments in the chair. You can adjust the height and the seat angle and that is it. There is no lumbar adjustment. This is a cheap, basic chair. If you have a tight budget or don’t like the person that will be using it, it is a perfect choice.
