Great chair

I only paid 62$ for this chair, and at that price it's a steal, it feels premium, and it feels comfortable, it doesn't go as high as my older chair, but it's not that big of a deal..

DID NOT COME WITH ALL PIECES!!!

The product support is attrocious. We reached out as directed to the manufacturer and they told us, one they couldnt find pur order, which was provided by screen shot and would not provide us a set nuts and bolts. The box came with all the chair pieces but nothing to put it together. Worst customer service experience ever. It also took a week for them to respond to an email. There is no phone number or chat option. Do not recommend taking your chances on this one!
