Color Ink Cartridge 822XL for Epson

These cartridges worked for about 3 months. After I got a notification to update my printer, the printer said it didn’t recognize the cartridges. I had to take them out and put in original Epson cartridges. I never had that happen before. Update: The seller contacted me and they are in the process of sending me new cartridges. I sent them the current version of the firmware that was installed after I did an update. I will update again when I get the new cartridges. The person who contacted me was very nice and helpful. Update 2: I received my new cartridges today, August 8, 2023. Very quick and very helpful. I will definitely use them but I will not update my firmware during use. I was very pleased with attention and service I received.
