Cuisinart Immersion Hand Blender

Ok first off I waited a year to even use this, please don’t make that mistake. Maybe I was just intimidated by the whole concept of this device but it is amazing! I now mostly use the food processor attachment but knowing me I will eventually actually try other parts of it as well. It comes in a nice storage bag. I can make nut butters, salsa is a breeze and chopped items. The part I think is best about that mini food processor is the cleanup is easy. You can also remover the inner blade and use it as a storage container after your salsa is done. I forgot I have also made Nutella and hummus with it. The wisk attachment is interesting. I tried it and stuff just kind of flew everywhere so you need a bigger bowl to use it. The immersion blender I am sure works great but I have not use it yet. I alsmost gave it away but I am sure glad I didn’t and I would highly recommend it. My whole family thinks I am the salsa master now!
