If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve ordered this item twice, and both times it has failed to work. Trying to resolve this issue with Amazon and the Seller has been a never-ending, frustrating loop. The package even appeared to be resealed, making me question if it’s the same one I returned the first time. I was promised a credit for the inconvenience from my first order, but that never happened either. This issue has been dragging on since December, and we are now in March. Dont waste your time or money.
