Ciays 29.5” to 57.1” Baby Gate for Stair

While I know this is a baby gate, we needed a way to prevent our Golden Doodles (Milton and Maggie) from going into parts of the house where there's carpeting, there might be toys or things laying around or whatever, essentially limit where they can go in the house unless you want them to. While these might be baby gates, they are also difficult to climb for dogs, so, they work perfectly. I bought two of them and while I didn't need the wide extensions, just need to block off doorways or hallways, it's nice to have those for some people I suppose, I just threw them away to keep down clutter. I also didn't use the alarms which these have built in, but they do work, just don't need that function. Overall, these gates are made well, after getting the first one and seeing the build quality, I immediately ordered the second one. I would recommend these, I don't use them for babies, I use them for dogs and they work. Note, my dogs are about 32lbs, so they can't jump over them. Last point, having these gates prevents me from having to close doors in the house and allows the HVAC system to keep house temperatures more consistent, I like that too.
