Super nonstick

These pans and cooling racks are just what I needed. They are reasonable priced and so far seem good quality. They are the right size for baking cookies and sheet pan recipes. I baked a crunchy sticky topping yesterday that slid easily off with no residue. I love when cleanup is easy!

Warps at 425 degrees

I used these for the first time the other day at 400 degrees. No problems. Used them again today at 425 and they definitely warp. The price is definitely worth it for the cooling racks that are included. However, I will likely use different pans with them at higher heats.
