The dividers are easy to remove, but the protrusions that keep them in place would damage your cards if you stored in it without them. Highly recommended to find a case that don't have the adjustable dividers if storing massive bulk collections is the goal. It's sad how the state of bulk plastic storage bins has dove so dramatically from being form molded that held thousands more to cheap trinkets like this.
