Nice knife set - had an issue with a knife/now fixed

Bought this set in January 2025. Very cool, sharp and looked nice in the block. After a month, we noticed that one of the knives was bent at the very end/tip. I contacted customer service just to inquire about getting the one knife replaced. They acknowledged the? bent tip and then forwarded it on to an Amazon seller. Then it went silent. I emailed a few times asking the status and I heard nothing. So, this is the review they get. For $190 I expect better customer service. I would not recommend this knife set solely based on customer service. They are elegant and work really well, but I cannot get passed the bent tip of the knife not getting replaced. Update- they resolved the issue by giving me credit for $50 then $10 then an additional $10. So that’s good, satisfied. It would have been better if they would have just sent me a replacement knife in the first place and not 50 emails along with my time to send images and deal with customer service. But, still a very good quality knife. High quality.
