⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am absolutely thrilled with Gabby's Dollhouse Charming Collection Game Board Game! As a parent, finding engaging and age-appropriate games for my little ones can be a challenge, but this game truly exceeded my expectations. Based on the beloved Netflix Original Series, Gabby's Dollhouse, this board game brings the magic of the show into our living room in a delightful and interactive way. First and foremost, the game is beautifully designed with vibrant colors and adorable illustrations that perfectly capture the essence of the Gabby's Dollhouse world. The attention to detail is impressive, and it instantly captivates the attention of kids aged 4 and up. The game board is sturdy and well-crafted, ensuring durability for countless play sessions. The gameplay itself is a delightful blend of strategy and luck, making it accessible for younger players while still providing enough challenge to keep them engaged. The inclusion of characters from the Netflix series adds an extra layer of excitement and familiarity for fans of Gabby's Dollhouse. My kids were overjoyed to see their favorite characters come to life in a board game format. One of the standout features of this game is the educational aspect cleverly woven into the gameplay. It promotes skills such as counting, turn-taking, and basic decision-making—all essential for early childhood development. It's a win-win situation when a game can be both entertaining and educational. The Charming Collection Game also encourages social interaction and cooperation among players, fostering a positive and inclusive gaming experience. The rules are straightforward, ensuring that even younger children can quickly grasp the mechanics and join in the fun. In conclusion, Gabby's Dollhouse Charming Collection Game Board Game is a stellar addition to any family's game night repertoire. Its charming aesthetics, educational components, and seamless integration of the beloved Netflix series make it a must-have for young fans. As a parent, I appreciate the thoughtfulness put into creating a game that not only entertains but also contributes positively to my child's development. Five stars without a doubt!

When this popped up for $3 I bought it immediately! My 4.5 year old daughter loves Gabby's Dollhouse (I actually think I love it more than her, I really dig the songs and all the kitty decor lol) and this is a pretty fun game to play. It's fun and pretty easy when just her and I play it, but I'd imagine playing with more than two people would make it a little more interesting and strategic because you can only move the elevator up or down one space per turn to be able to play your cards and collect the charms to win. It teaches her strategy and decision making because you can move the pieces in any direction during your turn so you can have multiple options to choose between. It doesn't feel like a cheap game and she gets really excited to play it. She gets real wild with the dice shaker and carefully curates her charm collection. I'm super happy it wasn't a one and done sort of deal for her. I think it helps that she's been very lucky with getting the charms and wins the game 70% of the time, even though I only "let" her win a couple times so far. She also already had some of the little character play sets so we sometimes use those mini figures as game pieces in order to be the other Gabby Cats that aren't included as the 4 player pieces in the game. 10/10 purchase for me.

Cute game but tricky to understand

The game and charms for the headbands are really cute. My daughter honestly would probably just rather decorate the headbands than play the actual game but she plays out of principle 😂 I took off a star because actually playing the game is a little confusing. I think it’s meant to be simplistic for little kids (my daughter is 4) but that makes it hard to understand because the rules feel a little loosey goosey: there’s no clear winner, the charms don’t really count for anything except being cute, there’s a large special charm that doesn’t actually have a specific purpose but does have a spot it’s supposed to go for setup, there’s a spot on the board that just means you can move one spot in either direction, there’s no specific direction you must go on the board so you can just decide to go whatever way that ends the game or makes it last depending on what you want to do, etc. The game ends when you get all the pieces on the board to decorate the house, but I’m still not clear when you’re supposed to put them down. The board itself is also a little strangely designed in that it has a detachable piece that you put on the top of the house and it folds awkwardly. However, despite the issues I see as an adult, my daughter loves it and it IS cute to design the headbands.
