Monster High Monster Ball Doll, Cleo De Nile

Yes, this is (in my opinion) the best clawdeen doll, and it's very good on the standar quality, but the problem is the hair, it's rugous, messy, i bathed it like 3 to 4 times and still it's not done yet, they were chunks of hair that had a different quality than the rest of the hair! it's simply messy and i don't know if this is a fabric error or what, beause the doll itself it's *fine* but my friend the hair it's awful.
