Furhaven Cooling Gel Dog Bed w/Removable Bolsters

The bed, when ordered, said it would be delivered on a particular date. It was delivered 3 days later. When it arrives, it arrives in a hyper compressed state that they advise it will take 48 hours to "decompress". After 48 hours, it has not decompressed one side. You CAN'T do a refund through Amazon. Amazon directs you to the website for the company. You call. Then you have to fill out a warranty claim. Then they evaluate. Then, if they believe you, after sending them photos, proof of purchase and other information (they ask for a lot number, but there was not one so I called again and they then said they didn't need that), then they will send another foam insert out. As a side, the directions for this bed said to insert the egg side of the foam insert up. This was a cooling bed that has no egg side of the foam. I asked and while the company has been in business for years, they are working on fixing that direction. If you insert the foam side up on this bed as directed, the cooling aspect will not work. And, to be honest, this bed is mediocre quality at best. Spend more money to get something better quality. I am rather certain after I get the replacement foam, I will simply trash it.
