Darts get stuck, barely works. Very disappointed

My kid wanted this for his birthday and it looked extremely cool so I got it. From day 1 it was a disappointment. Darts get stuck and don't come out, even when carefully loading only one dart to fire. There's maybe a 25% success rate. Cool idea to be able to load 4 darts at once and shoot them, but the execution is terrible.
