Worst purchase on Amazon

First week using the desk I get an error message E20. I use the usermanual to try to resolve the issue but still it would not work.Call the Helpdesk number on the manual and goes to voicemail and never received a call back. I emailed customer support and the only response back was to send me the manual. The desk came with. So now I have a desk that stuck on a setting to high for me to use.
