If you never tried memory mattresses, now is the time

I got this mattress for my guest bedroom, I usually sleep on memory foam mattresses and love them and would want my guests to sleep comfortably when they visit us. I gave this brand a try, as I got a queen mattress for a very good price, and I was surprised by the quality, my guests loved sleeping on it, and now that we have a newborn baby, my husband sometimes sleeps in the guest bedroom to be able to wake up early to work. He was amazed by how comfortable this mattress is, he has back and shoulder pain, he's 250lbs and said it was more comfortable then our bedroom mattress. It came in a box which was easy to carry and open and put on the bed. We waited 24 hours before sleeping on it so that it expands perfectly. Just make sure to rotate it every 2 weeks if you sleep daily on it so that it lasts longer, and if your house is humid make sure to have a dehumidifier to keep it dry.

Hard-ish, developed a dip

I liked that it was softer than my last mattress, but it's still pretty hard and can be painful on my hips and shoulder when I sleep on my side. In less than a month despite trying to scoot around it developed a dip somewhat in the middle and now I constantly end up stuck in it, and that dip seems very hard since the soft top layer is all mashed down there.
