Chefclub 2PAST438 Unicorn & Rainbow 3D Cookie Cutters

A super cute idea, but slightly difficult to use. The cookie cutters themselves are well made and as you would expect. The main difficulty we had here was getting the cookies to stand up, thus the 3D part. Admittedly, our daughter did not evenly roll the dough out (user error) which was part of the problem (the bottom parts wouldn't fit into the cookie itself). This would have been fixed had the dough been rolled evenly; however I did identify another potential problem that could affect them being able to stand up, which is the precise angle the cookie is baked at. To attempt to avoid this, I would recommend freezing the dough as stated, for at least an hour, so the dough is stiffer. Also note that you'll need much more lemon juice than is stated in the directions, in order to make the frosting.
