here i am with this product installed and ready to clise the wall. the face that the water inlets can only be connected via a 1/2 is a nightmare. this makes sweating all the nearby connection difficult. we have a slight drip at this connector, so thinking long term. i dont want to try to also find a replacement cartridge for this. install time and money are wasted. the slip on tub spout is garbage. i bought a screw on instead. water comes out shower head when filling tub unless i reduce pressure. going to re-do it all and toss this, not risking to have to open the wall later. support did not answer my email. no thanks, byeee
