Absolutely wonderful kitty tower

I have always had dogs. However, kitties seem to adopt me. One I raised from day of birth since mother abandoned and recently 2 others found my outdoor ramp as feral cats. I had to help them and this product helps me immensely. I was new to the concept of litter and love the fact that it is not in the open. I will be purchasing another one of these so ‘everyone’ has a hammock (my preference they seem to enjoy). This is extremely solid wood and stable. I am disabled by still able to assemble with a little time myself. Love it. Oh, I lost the hardware at one point and the company responded to me immediately. Just great. Thank you.

They need to work on design, not good.

I tried reaching out to seller and Amazon and seller never responded and Amazon could only offer a return and the item was put together and I was not taking it apart. I had a hard time with getting the screws to go in, the design needs to be better. Plus the opening is cute but my cats back would scratch when trying to get into litter box, they should put a circle. I had to pay someone to correct it.
