Loud and hard to understand

This thing plays the second it’s on. No volume options, and hard to understand. The English that the toy speaks seems broken, or is just really difficult to understand over the volume of the music. It’s really cute, but seems unusable because you literally cannot hear anything over the music that plays nonstop. It also randomly plays a Christmas song, baby shark, and then random songs.
