Wonderful starter set

These jars are durable. I've dropped them and accidentally cooked them for a few minutes. They are great for growing and feeding your sourdough. The scraper is wonderful and it's metal so that is a plus. I didn't use the cloth covers, but the lids are great. The temp strip and measure band are so good to help you monitor your starter.

The description said it included 2 spatulas and dough cutter and arrived without these. I called and a second order was sent and arrived without these extra items as well.
