Mantello Cigar Travel Case with Cigar Accessories

This travel humidor came in rather quickly after I ordered it, but the hygrometer was broken; the "hand" was unattached and just rattling around inside the dial. I contacted the company, was asked a couple of questions, but never have gotten it repaired or replaced. Other than that... The humidor itself does seem sturdy. I'm used to seeing the inside having foam trays/slots for the cigars, but this one has two hard plastic trays that have slits in them to allow for air flow within the case. If you're carrying large gauge cigars, this might not be what you had in mind. The exterior of the case feels rubberized, so it's not slick. I tried multiple times to let the company know I was holding off writing a review (hopefully till I could get the hygrometer situation resolved), but to no avail... If I hear back from them, I'll update this review.
