The 170 Pints Dehumidifier is a powerful and reliable solution for large spaces, ideal for big basements and specially for commercial areas. excellent dehumidification results , a built-in pump, and a drain hose for hassle-free operation - its big add-in. it’s durable and easy to use, and movable. its size, noise level, and energy usage may not be ideal for small residential spaces, But if it will work for big basements space in residential.Overall, it’s a great investment for moisture control in demanding environments.

What good is a warranty when you can't get a returned email, chat or phone call from the manufacturer? On startup an immediate E3 error code - had to restart to clear the error which did return after the first cycle. The main issue was a loud clicking noise from the cage blower motor. The fam motor was misaligned or the unit was dropped causing the cage to wobble. Tried contacting Moiswell via their website, email, chat support. The only response I received for 4 days was the following : Moiswell Sorry, we're currently unavailable. You can check back here in this chat for our response within 24 hours, or leave your contact information (phone number or email), and we'll get back to you as soon as possible using the details you provide. Thank you for your understanding. The unit looks decent if I worked. I do like the full size condensate pump. Unfortunately the warranty looks useless so I would not make that the deciding factor in purchasing this or any other unit from Moiswell. Amazon has been the only bright spot with this in offering a replacement or refund. It's big and heavy to rebox. If you do purchase one do NOT destroy the box because you may need it to ship the unit back to Amazon. It looks like after the return window has expired from Amazon you are on your own if something happens to the unit. If you can't get a response from the manufacturer right away then I doubt you are going to get "in warranty" help within their stated 2 year full - 5 year limited warranty period
