The best 2023 reasonably priced robo vac/mob combo I have found, and I love it.

I was looking for the best reasonably priced robo vav/mop combo I could find, did a bunch of research, tried a couple and I love this thing. I have previous experience with this company through my home security, and absolutely love them. Their security products are top notch for the price, and although the apps are independent (which is a good thing in my view), their home cleaning devices are just as good. Not to mention the customer service. They have a toll free phone number even though they are a Canadian company (another positive in my book), that are fantastic. The app to control it is fantastic, and it saves the mapped floors, segments them into rooms you can designate (kitchen, living room, ect...) but you can track it too while it's working, and see where it has been. Compared to another similar priced one it's hands down better in terms of its performance, and user interaction/control. Pro Tip (and off label, I am sure it's not condoned by the companies), but the mopping leaves a lot to be desired, however if you put a swiffer pad (or something like that), between the mop pad, and where it attaches to, it mops like a pro. I just wish the water tank was larger, and the app would alert you when it is out of water. But... for the price and what it can do, and has done for my floors it's amazing, and I love it. The vacuum is excellent too (although I can't attest to pet hair), and it powers over, or figures a way around obstacles). I call mine Mr. Swiffels, so thank you Eufy, and Amazon for this purchase.

this is the stupidest vac ever
By Douglas M on Reviewed in the United States on April 24, 2024
I don't even know where to start this thing is so bad. It's got the radar thingie but it's clearly not attached to anything because the thing bumps around just like the old bang bang vacs did. It doesn't have a stair sensor at all, because right now it's sitting at the bottom of the stairs in pieces (see picture) It doesn't work on thick carpet, which is specifically what it was recommended for. I'm not sure what this thing was made for (with all due respect to Billie Eilish) It gets stuck, complains about it, but when you move it it drives right back to where it was and gets stuck again. Finally, if you kick it enough it eventually gets the message and goes a different direction. For a second, then it complains that the laser is obscured and it can't continue. Then it stops and complains about something else; then about some other thing, and eventually it just sits there and sulks. It's like my Prius when I put it in EV mode, what they didn't tell me was that "EV" means Excuse to aVoid. IE it never works and just comes up with random reasons why. So if you want to be a psychotherapist and listen to it complain all day then great, but this one's going back where hopefully it will get shredded and turned into a real robot vac.
