I paid for four and only got 2! Cheated of 50%of my money! These set of 4 pillows arrived vacuum sealed, and fluffed up soon after breaking the vacuum, however, upon leaning against them, they do not provide any resistance, they are not at all firm, or substantial. So I placed them in a zipped pillow cover TWO SIZES SMALLER than the pillow, to achieve some kind of firmness, and I succeeded to some degree. Would not buy again because I like a pillow to be way more firm.
