These were such a good deal when I bought them. Solid purchase; no complaints there. They took more than a month to arrive so I'm glad I didn't buy them for an upcoming trip.

Broke on first use!

One zipper broke as I zipped it up before a trip. The 2nd zipper apparently broke during my return flight. Luggage arrived taped up with multiple items missing. And it’s too late for a refund (useless after first use - one month after purchase!)
