I use Mazolla corn oil and Reddenbacher white corn. Worked very well as advertised. My old one lasted 8 years. We make popcorn once a week. Hope this one provides same longevity

Easy to use, but it does not get hot enough

You never get the crescendo of popping, and all the corn doesn’t pop. It also takes forever just to get some popcorn out of it. It also is pretty small.
