FURBULOUS Automatic Cat Litter Box with Self-Pack

>>> This is an update to my first review <<< Originally I was disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience with the auto-packing litter box, getting support was difficult and out of frustration I decided to return it. Some days later, I was contacted by phone by a person affiliated with the Furbulous brand and expressed their concern regarding my negative experience. He was very polite and genuinely interested in my experience asked me several questions and ultimately apologized for the lack of support I had encountered. Long story short, he went to great lengths to turn around my experience and began to explain what the brand was willing to do to correct the situation and turn the whole negative experience into a positive outcome. I have to admit, the end customer service was fantastic and Furbulous has gone beyond the scope of goodwill to just make it all better. I am grateful and will soon have another auto package litter box for me to have the chance to use it longer term and I will be offering more updates to my whole experience and that of our three cats as well. For now, I am changing my original single-star review for a five-star only because these people went to great lengths to personally contact me and offer their support and helped me turn what would otherwise be a bad experience into a surprisingly unique story worth sharing with others. < OLD REVIEW > ( This portion of the review will be deleted soon, I only want to leave it for a bit for others to appreciate the contrast between my two sides' experiences) I had high hopes for this auto packing litter box, I really wanted it to work. Unfortunately, it did not. It made such a mess that I instantly lost all desire to even deal with it. I had the decency to clean up the mess to return it only because it is biological waste and couldn’t just ship it back this way, but just look at the photos and see for yourself. It never let me know the bag was full until it was literally overflowing as clearly visible in the photos. If you want to risk it, go right ahead! But for a $400 + device I expect it to work as advertised right out the box with no issues.
