Nice machine

It is a very nice machine. It is great with the power feed. Well built and easy to run. I would say if you know you have to go out past 50 feet, I would say get one with 1/2 inch cable. Going out farther than that with 3/8 inch cable and if it's a nasty clog, might not do it. I have, what is most likey tree roots at 80 feet in 4 inch clay tile. It could not open it up. Just would not go any further and it did not like it. I tried several different tips. After trying for 2 days, I went and rented a 1/2 inch 100 foot beast, from the hardware store. Way too heavy, but blew right through the clog in 5 minutes of use. This unit could go through smaller pipes and around bends. My brother and I split the cost do not as bad for me. Nice for family to use also.

Maybe a zero star would be more appropriate. Worked out of the box after minor assembly and put it straight to work. Ran it out to almost 100 feet before finding resistance. Tried to break through, using reverse in short bursts to releive tension and during this cable broke free of it's anchor point inside the drum. Decided to abort at this point, pulling cable back in forward gear (miding warning sticker reverse use was only for short bursts) able to pull back quite a ways before running into more tension before the cable was pulled out. Cable broke completely at this point, and had to manually pull the last 25 feet out. Waste of money it appears as this is now unusable even for future needs because of the cable break.
