CUCKOO CAFO-A2601S Air Oven | 18 Preset

We have been countertop cooking for years. We rarely ever turn our stove on.We have a larger countertop convection oven however there are times when we are making two items for a meal that require different temperatures. We would cook one and keep it warm while the other was cooking. Not the greatest method. With this to augment our other oven, meal prep will be much easier and faster.We use countertop convection over a standard gas or electric stove as they do not heat up the house like the stoves do. They also use less electricity than an electric stove. We find they also cook faster and more evenly than an oven.This oven is all that and a bit more. It has a nice size. The controls are clear and bright. It is fair easy to operate. It comes with a great selection of accessories to include a rotating spit. We will be trying that feature out over the weekend.I had to try it out as soon as I could. I cleaned the parts and then grabbed a bag of frozen onion rings. The bag was just a bit more than the basket could hold, but I threw caution to the wind and piled the few remaining rings on top of the others. The onion rings were fully cooked in the minimum recommended time. They were piping hot and were crispy.Other uses will be dehydrating foods and drying nontoxic clay projects.I feel we will be very pleased with this oven.
